Domestic Returns:
For U.S. orders, we accept returns and exchanges of non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.

For change-of-mind returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print. There is no separate return postage charge; a restocking fee of 15% of the product price is deducted from your refund. For mismatched or defective orders, we cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned package and inspect it to confirm its condition. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

International Returns:
For international orders, we offer a 30-day return policy. For international orders, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless we shipped a mismatched order. Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return for further details if needed.

Personalized Orders:
Please note that all sales are final for personalized orders. Returns are not accepted for items personalized using our laser engraving option. If you have any questions about personalized orders, please contact us before making a purchase.
