What types of leather do you use?

We use premium, ethically sourced full-grain cowhide leather in all our products. This type of leather is known for its durability, quality, and the beautiful patina it develops over time.

We source our premium full grain leather (cowhide) from one of the best tanneries in Pakistan.

How are you able to offer low prices on high-end, handcrafted leather products?

Being able to work directly with a tannery and having our own in-house production team of highly skilled craftsmen is what allows us to offer lower prices on extremely high-end quality products that are made entirely by hands.

Where do you handcraft your leather products?

Our products are handcrafted by our in-house production team of highly skilled craftsmen in Pakistan.

How do I care for my leather wallet?

To maintain the quality of your leather wallet, we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If your wallet gets wet, let it air dry naturally. Regular use will ensure conditioning of the leather from the natural oils and waxes from hands. However, if you must, you may use a simple leather balm to recondition.

Do you offer personalized engraving?

Yes, we offer laser engraving on select products for a personalized touch. Please note that all personalized orders are final and non-returnable.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for domestic orders, with return shipping costs covered by us. For international orders, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us before initiating a return. Personalized orders cannot be returned.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects caused by craftsmanship. If a defect affects the functionality of the product, we will replace it or provide a product of equivalent value. Normal wear and tear, scratches, and scuffs are not covered under the warranty.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We process orders within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected. Domestic orders include tracking information for easy monitoring.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that customs and import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
